Picasso is a very happy and outgoing boy. He loves playing with his stuffies and can get rough. He did learn quickly that that was unacceptable. Picasso can get over excited. He may jump up at you and give you nibble kisses. We feel that Picasso should have a fenced in yard or be exercised daily to be able to release some of that energy. New owners will need to do some training as well as teach him boundaries. Once that is established he will be a great dog.
